This policy covers featureboxai.com and describes what information we collect from visitors, why, and how it’s used. It does not cover data handled inside the FeatureBox AI product itself, which is governed separately by each customer’s service agreement.

What we collect

When you use this site, we collect:

  • Information you submit. If you request a free deduction audit, we collect your name, work email, company, retailer/distributor, and any files or notes you attach. If you book a call, we collect your name and email to schedule and confirm it.
  • Usage data. Standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected automatically as you browse.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, follow up about a deduction audit or call, understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve our content and product. We don’t sell your information.

Third parties we use

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

  • Google Analytics for site usage data.
  • Apollo.io for visitor identification and outbound sales tracking.
  • Airtable to collect and store free deduction audit submissions, including any files you attach.
  • Calendly to schedule calls.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from the services listed above, primarily for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some site functionality may not work as expected if you do.

Data retention

We keep deduction audit submissions and call records for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, for the life of that relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
